Send to everyone. One message each.
Buckshot is a Mac app made by producers, for producers & musicians. Pick a list, drop your files, hit send. Everyone gets their own message, by text or email, based on the contact info you have.
How it works
One send-out. Every person gets it on their own.
Pick a list
Keep your collaborators in lists, like “pain loops” or “trap beats”.
Drop in your files
Beats, loops, demos. Write one message; {name} becomes each person's first name. If anyone on the list already has a file, Buckshot warns you before it sends.
Send
Everyone gets their own message from your number or email. Your Mac does all the sending, so the whole list is done in moments, not an hour of copy-paste.
What it does
Made for sending files, not for group chats.
Never send the same file twice
Buckshot remembers every file you've sent to every person. Before anything goes out, it tells you who already has it, so nobody gets the same file twice and you never look sloppy.
No more leaked contacts
Every email goes out on its own, to one person. There's no BCC to forget, so nobody ever sees who else is on your list.
See who opened it
Turn on open tracking and Buckshot shows you who opened your email and when, so you know exactly who to follow up with.
Texts, email or both
Texts go out through the Messages app on your Mac; email through Gmail or your own provider. Everyone gets one message.
Schedule for later
Set a send-out for the perfect moment and Buckshot sends it right on time, even with the app closed.

Privacy & signing in with Google
If you choose to send email from Gmail, Buckshot asks Google for permission to send email on your behalf (the gmail.send permission), plus your name and email address to show which account you're sending from. For files too big to attach (over 25 MB), it can put them in a “Buckshot” folder in your own Google Drive and link them in the email, like Gmail does; it can only touch files it created. To suggest people as you type, like Gmail does, it can see the names and email addresses Gmail saved for people you've emailed; they stay on your Mac. Buckshot cannot read, search or delete your email. It only sends the messages you write, to the people you choose, when you press Send.
Your Google sign-in is also your Buckshot account: Buckshot's server keeps your email address and which plan you're on, nothing else. Everything else (your contacts, lists, drafts and history) stays on your Mac.
